Adding to the positive momentum, CM Chandrababu recently participated in the foundation ceremony for the expansion of the Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple in Venkata Palem. The expansion project, budgeted at a substantial Rs. 260 crores, will be carried out in two phases. During the ceremony, the CM expressed his belief that the divine presence of Lord Venkateshwara has blessed the state with the opportunity to develop Amaravati into a truly exceptional capital. He emphasized the spiritual significance of Amaravati, recognizing its historical sanctity.
But here's where it gets interesting... This evening, the CM will engage directly with the Amaravati farmers. The purpose of this interaction is to gather feedback on land acquisitions and development initiatives. He will also unveil the detailed plans for future implementations, providing clarity and direction.
Earlier, to address the farmers' concerns, Union Minister Pemmasani Chandrashekar held discussions with key officials, including the Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister Dr. Narayana, Principal Secretary Suresh Kumar IAS, and CRDA Commissioner Kannababu. The meeting focused on formulating actionable plans that align with ground realities and government guidelines for the Amaravati project.
"We are finalizing a time-bound action plan for issues like assigned lands, plot distribution, TDR bonds, and road development. Our goal is to complete all basic infrastructure within the next six months and move forward with that target," Chandrasekhar stated.
This demonstrates the government's dedication to resolving the farmers' issues and accelerating the development of social infrastructure.
